
Dmitry Lapshin
Background
Graduated in 1996 from the Ural State Academy of Architecture and Art in Yekaterinburg with a degree in Architecture.
Since 1996, he has worked as an architect, chief architect of CJSC "Creative Architectural Design Workshop (TACM) "Project-Perm".
Since 2000, he has been a member of the Union of Architects of Russia.
Currently, he is the first deputy head of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Perm City Administration.
Participant of the International Competition of the National Association of Architectural Schools of the USA (1994).
Author's projects:
- administrative building on the street Osinskaya, 16 in Perm,
- reconstruction of the park on Rozalia Zemlyachki St. in Perm,
- construction of block No. 14 in Perm (1st stage, residential building on the street Ostrovsky, 29),
- reconstruction of the park on Yekaterininskaya St. in Perm,
- business center at Kuibyshev 66 in Perm,
- planning project for the construction of the Chernyaevsky Forest Forest Park in Perm,
- the draft layout of the historical center of Perm, located in the floodplain of the river Egoshikha (Ragulai), etc.
Participant and laureate of regional and international competitions.
