Yuri Desyatkov

Background

He has been in the construction industry for over 40 years.

He has extensive managerial experience in the construction industry, and is a member of industry commissions and working groups on construction and self-regulation under the Government and Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk Region, as well as under the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure of the Chelyabinsk Region.

Since 2010, he has been the head of the self-regulatory organization Union of Construction Companies of the Urals and Siberia.
