Elena Demchenko

Background

Born in 1980 in the city of Belokurikha, Altai Territory, into a family of hereditary builders, she successfully graduated from the institute and qualified as a cadastral engineer. She headed the SRO of cadastral engineers in the Altai Republic.

He has 20 years of experience in the construction and road industry.

She successfully graduated from higher educational institutions: the Moscow Institute of State and Municipal Management, the Moscow State University of Technology and Management named after K. G. Razumovsky, completed training in the Presidential Program of Management Rights.

He is a lecturer at the Moscow State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "Moscow State University of Sports and Tourism", the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Reads the developed program on the topic: "Facility Security Management".

Elena Sergeevna is an expert on the independent assessment of qualifications at the National Council for Qualifications under the President of the Russian Federation.

He is an expert auditor of internal audits of management systems for compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO - 2019 standards.

Elena Sergeevna is a member of the Council for Tourist and Recreational Special Economic Zones, united in a tourist cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District.

Elena Sergeevna is a member of the following working groups:

•          Member of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Economic Development of Russia),
•          Member of the Federal Expert Council of the State Duma Committee on Local Self-Government,
•          Member of the Commission of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on import substitution,
•          Member of the Council and working groups of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation

Throughout her work as head, Elena Sergeevna Demchenko provided support for the full process of implementing investment projects, starting with the formation of budget investment amounts and ending with the acceptance of completed works, checked the compliance of estimated documentation with estimated standards and project documentation at all stages of design and construction.

Currently, Demchenko E.S. is an adviser to the director of FAU "RosKapStroy", Deputy head of educational activities. FAA RosKapStroy takes an active part in construction in the territories of Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson region as a technical customer and an organization that carries out construction control. In addition, a subsidiary of the Institution, RKS-HP LLC, performs the functions of a general contractor, having contracts with twenty-three contractors. 

From the very beginning of construction in the territories of Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson region, Elena Sergeevna Demchenko was appointed by the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation to lead the educational process, namely: on the basis of local educational institutions teaching construction professions to train specialists for the construction field, interact with the Employment Center, monitor the learning process, lead the preparation of control and measuring and to provide accounting documentation for the courses conducted, to carry out activities for the opening of Training Centers.
