Background

He started his professional career working in the banking sector of the economy, namely in the field of mortgage lending, gradually delving deeper into the processes of financing and construction, moved into the construction sector, understanding the importance of working directly in the production sector of the economy. At the same time, he took up teaching at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in the field of finance, which helped to understand in more detail all the processes of financing the construction process. After mastering this area and commissioning large facilities, I became interested in the operation of these facilities in order to understand the full cycle of all real estate-related processes, from conception and financing to construction and subsequent operation.
