Andrey Danilov

Background

He graduated from the Saint Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia with a degree in Fire Safety. In 2019, he graduated from the graduate school of St. Petersburg UGPS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the field of Technosphere Safety.

From 2004 to 2010, he served in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in St. Petersburg in various positions, including: firefighter of the 17th fire department of the 14th squad, as well as the state inspector for Fire Supervision of the Department of Fire Safety Supervision at Metro facilities.

From 2010 to the present, he has been the Chief Fire Safety Specialist at NIPII Lenmetrogiprotrans. 

Since 2019, he has been the head of the Center for Research on Fire Hazards (CIOFP LLC).
