Oleg Chemezov

In 1987, he graduated from the Tyumen State Medical Institute with a degree in "Medical science", qualification "Doctor".

In 1998, he graduated from the All-Russian Correspondence Institute of Finance and Economics with a degree in Management, qualification "Economist".

In 2008, he graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a Master of Business Administration degree.

He graduated with an MBA degree in Switzerland.

1981-1987 – student at the Tyumen State Medical Institute. During his studies, he worked as an orderly at the surgical department of the city Clinical Hospital No. 1, and as a nurse at the emergency surgery department of the children's hospital of the 2nd City Clinical Hospital.;

1987-1988 – intern at the Tyumen Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital;

1988-1991 – district psychiatrist at Khanty-Mansiysk Central District Hospital;

1991-1993 – Head of the Psychiatric Department of the Khanty-Mansiysk Regional Neuropsychiatric Dispensary;

1993-1998 – General Director of the Khanty-Mansiysk District Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund;

1999-2004 – First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug;

2004-2005 – First Deputy Governor of the Tyumen Region;

2005-2006 – Vice President, Director of the Department for Interaction with Federal Authorities of the Office for Interaction with Russian Government Authorities of JSC TNK-BP Management;

2006-2013 – Vice President, Director of the TNK-BP Management branch of TNK-BP Siberia, Director of the branch of the oil company RN Management Siberia in Tyumen;

2013-2019 – Chairman of the Management Board of the management company "PARTIKOM".

Since 2019, he has been Deputy Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region.
