Background
He graduated from SHUYA in 1980 and from SHUYA postgraduate school in 1986.
After graduation, he worked in the prosecutor's office of the Kazakh SSR, then from 1986 at the SUI as a junior and then as a senior researcher, head of the research sector, head of the Scientific Research Department, director of the Ural branch of the Scientific Center under the State Committee of the Russian Federation for higher education, lecturer, senior lecturer at the Department of Civil Law, Associate Professor, Professor at the Department of Economic (now Entrepreneurial) Law, Deputy Vice-Rector for Research at the USU, First Vice-rector of the USUUH (former USUUH).
He is the author of more than 120 scientific papers in the field of business law and foreign economic activity, and has been awarded the Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation, departmental awards from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.
