The design and engineering bureau M.K.3 was founded in 1994 by the French engineer Robert Maldonado. He designs more than 500,000 square meters per year for 23 years of work in the market, serving as a general designer, technical customer and certified BREEAM auditor.  More than 400 completed projects throughout Russia and the CIS in residential, office, commercial and industrial real estate, including unique and high-rise buildings. VIM is a design and patented project management method based on the best international practices. The company's offices are located in Moscow and Almaty.
