Background

In 1998, he graduated from the Penza State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering.

He started his career in 2001 as an assistant at the Department of Building Structures at the Penza State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering, where he consistently went through all stages of professional growth to senior lecturer in 2002, Deputy Director of the Civil Engineering Institute in 2004, associate professor in 2004, acting dean in 2006, and then Dean of the Architectural Institute. Faculty in 2008, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs in 2010, Interim Rector in 2019 and currently Rector of Penza State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
