Michael Bocharov

Background

In 1988 he graduated from Volgograd State Agrarian University (Faculty of Electric Power Engineering).

In 2008, he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences at the Goryachkin Institute of Mechanics and Power Engineering (Moscow).

Work experience – over 30 years (oil and gas industry, public service, teaching).

Work in the fields of energy in the oil and gas complex (Lukoil, Ritek, Gazprom-design, Gazprom VNIIGAZ).

Work in regional government structures – the Ministry of Fuel and Energy.

He participated in PTK 705 and is currently involved in the development of information modeling standards in PC 5 TC 465.

More than 10 years of experience in implementing information modeling and digital transformation projects in organizations of various industries at different stages of the life cycle.

He is the author of fifty scientific papers and two monographs. He holds twenty patents of the Russian Federation for inventions.
