Background

In 2001, Alexey Vladimirovich Biryulin graduated from the UGTU-UPI Faculty of Civil Engineering, an engineer with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering, with honors.

In 1998-2001, Alexey Vladimirovich underwent professional retraining at UGTU-UPI under the program "Economics and Management at the enterprise".

In 2006, Biryulin completed retraining at the Institute of Personnel Retraining of UGTU-UPI under the program "Strategic Management".

Alexey Vladimirovich began his career in 2000 in LLC "Corvette" as an understudy foreman.

In 2010-2011, Biryulin worked as Deputy General Director for Construction, Director of Customer Service at JSC Sinara – Development.

In 2011-2015, Alexey Vladimirovich worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations Regulation of the Yekaterinburg City Administration – Chief Engineer.

In 2016-2017, Biryulin worked as Deputy Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region.

In 2017-2018, Alexey Vladimirovich worked as the director of a separate structural division in Yekaterinburg of PJSC PIK Group of Companies.

On October 12, 2018, he was appointed Deputy Head of Yekaterinburg for Capital Construction and Land Use.
