Background
Graduated from Rostov State University of Civil Engineering. Diploma specialty: Highways and airfields. Qualification: engineer.
Since 2015, he has held the position of Head of Department at the Federal State Institution "Highway Administration Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod Federal Road Agency".
A year later, he became the director of the branch of the Federal State Institution "Federal Highway Administration "Ural" Federal Highway Agency" in Perm.
In the same year, he worked as a chief engineer at the Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal Highway Administration Ural of the Federal Highway Agency.
From 2019 to the present, he has been the Head of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal Highway Administration Ural of the Federal Highway Agency.
