Background
She graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute named after S.M. Kirov with a degree in electrical engineering in 1986.;
In 2017, she became the head of the educational institution FGAOU DPO "GINFO".
After graduation, she worked for 8 years as an engineer at the strain gauge laboratory of the Uralelectrotyazhmash Research Institute. Since 1994, she has taught physics at schools and colleges, and since 2012, she has been the deputy director of the College for Innovation and methodological work. Main areas of activity and professional interests:
- designing and implementing educational programs of secondary vocational education, including the integration of the contents of professional standards and Worldskills standards into them;
- designing the educational landscape;
- development strategies and project management in an educational organization;
- formation and implementation of a mentoring system.
