Background
He received his first higher education at the Tyumen State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering. He graduated from Tyumen State University with a degree in Finance and Credit.
He started his career as a manufacturer in the Partner construction company in 2002, where in 2006-2010 he worked as General Director.
From 2010 to 2018, he worked his way up from Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Construction and Housing of the Tyumen Region to Deputy Head of the Main Directorate – Deputy Chief Architect of the Tyumen Region. From August 2018 to December 3, Andrey Viktorovich worked as an Assistant to the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.
