Ilya Bartosz

Background

Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of UGTU-UPI in 2002 with a degree in "PGS – construction production".

He worked on the line for 15 years, from foreman to director of construction.

Participated in the construction of unique facilities, including:

2008 - 2009 – the first skyscraper in Russia outside of Moscow;

2009 - 2013 – 4- 2nd power unit of Beloyarsk NPP-2;

2016-2017 – multipurpose fast neutron research reactor, Dimitrovgrad NPP.

In 2015, he graduated from the Presidential Management Training Program in Strategic Management.

From 2017 to 2023, he worked at the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region. The area of responsibility is the strategic development of the construction industry in the region.

Honorary Builder of Russia.
