Background
Leonid Adolfovich defended his PhD thesis at MISI in 1992 and his doctoral thesis in 2004. From 1985 to 2010, he worked at the Department of Foundations, Foundations and Bridges of the PPI-PSTU as an assistant, associate professor, and from 2004 to 2010 as the head of the department.
From 2003 to 2011, he became the Director of Perm Promstroyproekt Institute JSC.
He is the developer of the calculation method of the "Base-foundation-building" system, which is included as the basis of calculation in the existing joint ventures. Under the leadership of Bartolomey L.A., regulatory documents were developed for the Perm region TSN "Construction of facilities on slopes" and TSN "Construction of buildings and structures on moonlit and karst territories", for the Tyumen region TSN "Construction of buildings from 75 to 100 meters high".
