Background

She graduated with a degree in Urban Construction and Agriculture from the UGTU-UPI named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin, an engineer.

Since 2009, he has been working as the Chief Urban Planner of projects, developing urban planning documentation and territorial planning documents at various levels.
