Natalia Balukhina

Background

She graduated from the Ural State Academy of Architecture (Yekaterinburg) with a degree in architecture, specializing in restoration.

She graduated from the Presidential Management Training Program for Russian National Economy Facilities (UrAGS) with a degree in marketing.

Holds a PhD degree in Territorial and Urban Planning and Environmental Design (Sapienza University of Rome, PhD program in Territorial and Urban Planning and Environmental Design).

2000- present. Time: Pinar Architectural Workshop LLC, Chelyabinsk. Co-founder, Deputy directors, GAP. Design of buildings and structures, territorial development projects. More than 100 realized objects on the territory of the Russian Federation.

2018 – present Time: Pinar-consulting Design and Research Laboratory. Co-founder, architect and urban planner, researcher. Consulting activities and urban development projects.

2018 – present time: Co-founder of the international educational platform Shift-Up-Development: educational activities (training conferences, forums, seminars.

2018 - 2022:  scientific research at the FSBI "TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia" Uralniiproject on urban renovation.  3 (three) fundamental scientific studies were carried out (heads Dolgov A.V., Gibadulina A.R.), 12 scientific articles were published.
