Background
In 1993, he graduated from MADI with a degree in highway construction engineering.
Immediately after graduating from the institute, he began working as an engineer in the transport workshop of the NIIPI of the General Plan of the city of Moscow. In the period from 1993 to 1998, he was one of the developers of the reconstruction of the MKAD, the construction of sections of the 3rd ring road. From 2009 to the present, he has been the head of the Transport Engineering Center. In 2019, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Institute of the General Plan of Moscow.
