She holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic Center of the University of Zaragoza and is a graduate of ESADE Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School.
An expert in the field of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and big data. Co-founder of the telecommunications and IT company Libelium, one of the main specializations of which is the development of sensors for smart cities. Participates as a speaker at international conferences on issues such as smart cities and wireless sensor networks.
She was the first woman to receive the National Young Entrepreneur Award from the Spanish Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs (CEAJE) in 2014. In 2018, she was awarded the Council of Europe Prize for Women Innovators.
