Armen Ter-Martirosyan
Background
He graduated from MGSU and received the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences.
After graduating from MGSU, he began his career at the Department of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnics. He worked his way up from the position of an assistant to a professor at the department. In 2020, he was appointed Acting Director of the Institute of Construction and Architecture. In 2021, he was elected director of the ISA.
In 2010 he defended his PhD thesis, and in 2016 he defended his doctoral thesis.
Since 2011, he has been the head of the REC "Geotechnics" at the National Research University MGSU.
Since 2017, he has been a professor at the Department of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnics at the National Research University MGSU.
From 2021 to 2022, he worked as the director of the ISS of the National Research University MGSU from 2021 to 2022.
Since 2022, he has held the position of Vice-rector of NRU MGSU.
Member of the Presidium of the Russian Society for Soil Mechanics, Geotechnics and Foundation Engineering.
Member of three dissertation councils established on the basis of the National Research University MGSU and JSC SIC Stroitelstvo.
