Background

In 2012, he graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering with a degree in hydraulic Engineering, and in the same year he received a bachelor's degree in economics. In 2016, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic: "Temperature and filtration regime of ground dams constructed in harsh climatic conditions". Since 2012, he has worked at JSC Institute Gidroproekt and its branches. Member of the Scientific and Technical Council of PJSC RusHydro; Member of the Scientific and Technical Council.
