Background

  • Shevelev Anton Vladimirovich was born on June 9, 1977 in Voronezh. In 2000, he graduated with honors from the Voronezh State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in Architecture.
  • He started his career as an architect at the Voronezhproekt Design Institute. Then, based on the results of a competitive selection, he was elected to the position of associate professor of the Department of VGASU. Concurrently, he worked as an architect in LLC "Personal Creative Workshop No. 4 of the Union of Architects".
  • In 2003, he was appointed Head of the Department for the implementation of the master plan at the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Office of the Chief Architect of the City of Voronezh".
  • Since 2004 – Head of the Department for the Implementation of the Master Plan of the Committee of the Chief Architect of the Department of Urban Planning and Land Relations; since 2005 – Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Chief Architect of the Department of Urban Planning and Land Relations; since 2008 – Deputy Head of the Department of the Chief Architect; since 2009 – Head of the Department of the Chief Architect; since 2010 – Deputy Director of the Department – Head of the Office of the Chief Architect of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture; since 2012 - Head of the Office of the Chief Architect of the city district.
  • Shevelev Anton Vladimirovich teaches at the Voronezh State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering at the Department of Urban Planning. A competent mentor, he is the head of students' graduation projects as an associate professor.
  • During his career, he has accumulated extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked his way up from an ordinary architect to the head of the Department of the Chief Architect of the Voronezh City District Administration.
  • He was directly involved in the development of the master plan.
  • Currently, under the leadership of Shevelev Anton Vladimirovich, a regulatory framework for urban planning and architecture is being developed in the light of the new urban planning and housing codes.
