Background

Andrey Vladimirovich Korotich is an Honored Inventor of Russia, Doctor of Architecture, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences, Professor at the International Academy of Architecture.

A.V.Korotich is the author of more than 220 publications. He received 130 security documents: copyright certificates for inventions, certificates for industrial designs, patents of the USSR and Russia.

For the developed projects, he has letters of appreciation from His Holiness Pope John Paul II and His Majesty the King of Nepal.

In October 2011, he represented the Russian Federation at the CTBUH (World Council on High-Rise Buildings and Urban Environment) World Conference in Seoul, South Korea, where he made a personal presentation and was elected Chairman of the Typology section.

A.V.Korotich's constructive and technological inventive developments, as well as his pre-design architectural concepts, have been demonstrated in research centers and universities, architectural and construction firms and government agencies, as well as at international exhibitions in Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Germany, Great Britain, Australia, Italy, the Vatican, Nepal, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, United Arab Emirates, Korea, China, USA (1991-2011).

Design work and pre-design proposals-concepts were completed for 85 sites in Russia, Europe, South-East and Central Asia, the Middle East and North Africa (35 of them were implemented).

To date, using his own original scientific and creative base, A.V.Korotich has created a very extensive virtual layer of innovative conceptual architecture - a registry containing more than 2,500 different "composite matrices" - capable of dramatically influencing the development of world architectural practice and the formation of stylistic concepts of the future.
