Background
Anatoly Alekseevich Magai, Director of Scientific Activities at JSC TsNIIEP of Residential and Public Buildings, Professor of Architecture at the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov (MGAKHI), Candidate of Architecture, Advisor to the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Academician of the World Academy of Sciences of Integrated Security (WAN KB). One of the authors of the MGSN 4-19-2005 "Time standards and rules for the design of multifunctional high-rise buildings and complexes in the city of Moscow". 3 monographs have been published: "Architecture of high-rise buildings", "Architecture of high-rise buildings of the world", "Modern high-rise construction", more than 30 articles on the problems of high-rise construction. More than 20 presentations at International, federal, and regional conferences, symposiums, exhibitions, and advanced training courses on high-rise and unique buildings.
Anatoly Alekseevich is the author of more than 50 projects of residential and public buildings, most of them have been completed in Moscow, Dmitrov, Naro-Fominsk, Orenburg, Elista, Kirovo-Chepetsk, Leninakan (Republic of Armenia), etc. One of them is a high-rise administrative building erected in 1980 on Lilac Boulevard in Moscow, in addition, A.A. Magai provided consultations during the development of projects for high-rise buildings in Kazan, Ufa, Vladivostok.
