The company has a design institute, its own fleet of equipment, contractors, a management company and production facilities.

In 2018, he took the position of director of the developer's logistics department.

In May 2021, he was appointed Deputy Director of Construction for Administrative Affairs.

Since 2022, he has been appointed Director of Development Project Management.
