
Background
Alexey Synchikov has been working at AESOM since 2005, and has worked his way up from engineer to project manager. Currently, he leads a team of AESOM specialists on the construction project of the Multifunctional complex Lakhta Center, responsible for the technical control of construction. After graduating from college in 1991, he served in the construction forces of the Russian Federation in various positions. After his discharge from the army, he participated in the implementation of the project of a high-comfort residential building Novaya Zvezda, the construction of Europe's largest automated deep-freeze refrigerator warehouse with 28,000 pallet spaces, and the reconstruction project of the Severnaya Korona hotel.
