Background

Alexey Antipin, Deputy Head of the Department of Computer–aided Design of Construction Facilities, Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education.Specialist in the analysis of the stress-strain state of building structures, inspection, design.

In 1973, he graduated from the Civil Engineering Faculty of the Ural Polytechnic Institute named after S.M. Kirov and received the qualification of civil Engineer with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering. In 1979 he defended his thesis and received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. In 1983, he received the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Construction Mechanics.

They examined more than 120 objects of the city and region with the issuance of technical and design solutions. The calculation of wind pressures on facades and frames of high-rise buildings under construction in Yekaterinburg is carried out.

Methods of computer analysis of thermal engineering characteristics of enclosing structures and determination of wind pressures on structures of high-rise buildings have been developed and implemented in design practice.

In total, more than 146 scientific papers have been published. Actively participates in international conferences and symposiums.
