Background
Since 1979, A.V. Rostovtsev has been working at the N.M. Gersevanov Research Institute of Natural Sciences, engaged in field methods of soil research – testing soils with a reference pile, static sounding, stamp tests, etc. The new technologies developed by Rostovtsev A.V. for testing soils with reference piles are reflected in the current regulatory documents JV 24.13330.2011 Pile foundations. Updated edition of SNiP2.02.03-85, is the author of 11 publications, including 3 inventions and a valid patent. Participated in conducting engineering and geological surveys for the design of many high-rise structures.:
