Alexander Remizov

Background

In 1985-1991, he worked as an architect at the Art Foundation as part of an author's team led by A.V.Vasnetsov. In 1995, he founded the Remistudio architectural workshop, which became one of the top 50 eco-sustainable architectural workshops in the world. He is the author of more than 50 architectural and urban planning projects and more than 30 scientific articles and publications in the field of sustainable architecture and "green" construction. Developer of the national certification System for environmentally sound buildings and settlements "Assessment of the environmental sustainability of the SAR-SPZS living environment". Winner of international and Russian architectural competitions.

Member of the Board of the Union of Architects of Russia, Chairman of the Council of the UAR for Sustainable Architecture, member of the International Union of Architects (UIA) work program "Architecture and Renewable Energy Sources" (ARES), participant of the World Congress of the International Union of Architects (UIA) in Tokyo in 2011.Head of the Remistudio architectural workshop.
