• Alexander Viktorovich Kuzmin - President of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences, Chief Architect of the City of Moscow (1996-2012), full member of the Russian Academy of Arts, Professor at the International Academy of Architecture, People's Architect of the Russian Federation, Honored Architect of Russia, Honorary Builder of Russia and Moscow, General Director of JSC SIC Stroitelstvo.
• He graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute in 1974. From 1974 to 1991, he worked at the Research Institute of the General Plan of Moscow, worked his way up from architect to chief architect of the Institute.
• From 1991 to 1996, he was Deputy and First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning of Moscow (Moskomarchitektura), head of the GLAVAP of Moscow.
• From September 1996 to July 2012 - Chairman of the Moscow Architecture Department, Chief Architect of the city of Moscow.
• A.V. Kuzmin is the head, author and co—author of more than 70 major urban planning projects and scientific papers, including the draft General Plan for the Development of Moscow until 2020, projects for the construction of the MKAD, the third transport ring, reconstruction projects of the Manege, Gostiny Dvor, etc. One of the authors of the theater building Et Cetera.
• He Has The Gratitude Of the President Of Russia. Winner of the V.G. Shukhov Gold Medal, gold medals of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences and the Russian Academy of Arts.
