Background
- After graduating from MIITA in 1972, he designed small artificial structures at the Mosgiprotrans Design Institute. Participated in the construction of transport facilities in the ranks of the USSR Armed Forces from 1973-1975.
- From 1975 to 2010, he worked at the All-Union Research Institute of Transport Construction (TSNIIS, Moscow), holding positions from engineer to laboratory head. His main professional activity is devoted to research (manufacturing technology, construction, repair of bridges) of reinforced concrete structures for transport purposes.
- Ex-president of the NP "Union of Concrete Producers".
- Since 2010, I have been engaged in bridge surveys and the development of regulatory documents at the IMIDIS Institute CJSC.
