Background
- In 1964, after graduating from the All-Union Correspondence Power Engineering Institute and joining the Kazakh Institute of Plumbing as a senior engineer, he rose to director of the Institute, and in 1990 he headed the Soyuzantehproekt association and the Moscow Institute of Plumbing, working as general director until 2012.
- In 1976, he successfully completed his postgraduate studies and defended his thesis for the title of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
