The Eldar Akhtyamov

Background

Since 2007, the main part of scientific and public activities has been associated with the Ural Scientific Research Institute of Building Materials, where Eldar Rashidovich works as a Technical Director.

Akhtyamov Eldar Rashidovich organized a specialized unit at the institute - the UralNIIstrom Testing Center, selected highly qualified specialists and confirmed the high status of the CI by receiving an "Accreditation Certificate" issued by the Federal Accreditation Service (Accreditation Certificate No. RA.RU.21HTS49).

Eldar Rashidovich is one of the first to successfully implement and develop a laboratory information system for automating intra-laboratory activities. Digitalization of all processes in the laboratory has made it possible to increase the reliability and transparency of all research results.

In August 2020, Akhtyamova Eldar Rashidovich's extensive experience in the construction field was confirmed by the federal certificate of Expert competence (Certificate of Expert Competence No. ROSS RU.0001.31021266 dated 08/12/2020).

Currently, Eldar Rashidovich is:

• Head of the Working Group on Construction Laboratories;                                   
• Member of the Committee on Digital Transformation of the Construction Industry.
