Background
Nikolay Milovidov is the managing partner of the architectural bureaus UNK corporate interiors and AQ.
He is a graduate of the Department of Residential and Public Buildings of the MARCHI, graduated from the graduate school of the MARCHI. After graduation, Nikolai worked in architectural bureaus in Moscow and Switzerland. In 2000, together with his colleagues, he founded the architectural bureau UNK.
In May 2024, together with Evgenia Chernysheva, he founded the AQ architectural bureau, retaining the experience of UNK corporate interiors, but expanding his activities at the same time.
Today, AQ specializes in the integrated design of commercial real estate and landscaping, which allows for the implementation of larger-scale and complex projects.
Member of the Union of Moscow Architects, the MCFO Association (Moscow Association of Participants in the Construction and Interior Decoration Market), the Council of Experts of Interior Design and Architectural Environment (CEID).
Among realized projects: the headquarters of Google, Microsoft, Pepsico, JetBrains, Yandex, MegaFon, ROSBANK, Mars, NTV, Raiffeisen Bank, Vkontakte, Redevelopment of the building of the Telegraph in Saint-Petersburg and many other important facilities.
