Background

Kirill Lisin, Director of the Design Management Department at Sminex

In 2010, he graduated from Tver State Technical University with a degree in industrial and civil Engineering. In 2016, he graduated with an MBA in Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. In 2025 — the management module of the Skolkovo Business School.

He started his career at SK 97, where he held the position of chief engineer and worked on the project of an industrial park with the anchor tenant Hitachi.

In 2020, he continued his professional career in real estate development. He led the creation of two elite clubhouses in Moscow together with architects from New York and London.

At Sminex, he was involved in the design and launch of the Tishinsky Boulevard luxury quarter. Later, he moved to the position of director of the design management department, where he created the structure of the department from scratch and launched its new development direction.

Under the leadership of Kirill Lisin, the Sminex design management team is responsible for both the cluster design approach, as well as process automation and AI integration, the creation of standards and technological maps that help speed up documentation development.
