Victor Perov

Background

Viktor Perov received a comprehensive engineering education at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University and an MBA degree from Vlerick Business School, Belgium.

His work experience includes senior positions at the international engineering company Tebodin, where Victor managed complex industrial projects for Michelin, Nestle, PepsiCo. He worked as the project manager for the construction of Skoltech (arch. Herzog & de Meuron) on the part of the developer, and then represented the interests of the customer, Skoltech, gaining unique experience in the implementation of scientific and technical facilities.

As the Chief Operating Officer at APEX Bureau, Victor built the company's structure, scaling it from 15 to 200 employees, and oversaw key projects, including the GES-2 Cultural Center (with RPBW). Later, as general director of the GRAVION Project bureau, he led the implementation of public spaces (Druzhba Park in Moscow, pedestrian bridge in Tashkent).

The experience in development (Pioneer Group) allowed us to master the implementation of projects based on the Smart City concept. Victor also developed and implemented his own Perform management reporting system for project companies.

The combination of experience in designing, managing complex projects, working on the customer's and developer's side allows Victor to find effective, structured solutions and build clear communication between all participants in the process.
