The management scope includes: the development of the "Green Goods" direction and the promotion of responsible practices among suppliers, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, cyclical services and waste management, the development of an inclusive culture, charitable programs and corporate volunteerism.

In 2019-2022, IKEA's Sustainability team in Russia led the "Year of Sustainable Development" project, accompanied the development of a social strategy, was responsible for external communication support for environmental and social initiatives, and oversaw projects to enhance internal competencies in the field of sustainable development.
