Background

He received his first higher education at the Tyumen State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The second higher education degree is from Tyumen State University, specializing in "Finance and Credit".

He started his career as a manufacturer in the "Partner" construction company in 2002, where in 2006-2010 he worked as General Director.

From 2010 to 2018, he worked his way up from Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Construction and Housing of the Tyumen Region to Deputy Head of the Main Directorate — Deputy Chief Architect of the Tyumen Region. From August 2018 to December 3, Andrey Viktorovich worked as an Assistant to the Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.

In 2021, he was appointed Vice President for Development and External Relations of "Strana Development" Group. Andrey Basov has established an effective system for searching, analyzing and acquiring a land bank in the development company. To date, the company's land bank has exceeded 5.5 million square meters. He also launched systematic work on the company's participation in CT projects, ensuring the company's leadership in this area in a short period of time.
