 Initiator of a number of significant business projects in the field of real estate and urban development: "Promtechnopark", "A Plus Park", business center "ROME", "Gallery of developers". Founder of Technopark Perm, one of the first private high-tech technology parks in Russia.

 A serial entrepreneur, he creates and invests in interesting innovative projects that contribute to the development of the Perm Region. He has extensive experience in the fields of commercial real estate development and management, project management, information technology, investment and financial management, enterprise restructuring and rebranding, creating successful business concepts, implementing innovative start-ups and other interesting projects.

 He mentored companies and startups at various stages. He helped to improve projects and attract investments. Under his mentorship, such organizations as Innfocus, DataBriz, FDS, digital technopark, digital factories of the future, etc. have developed.

 He and his team are working on projects such as the federal network of High-tech Technology Parks, the ideological and cultural project Perm Inspires, and the Brand Perm image project.

 Since 2020, it has been helping SME companies enter the markets of the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the MENA region as a whole. He has built a wide partner network that helps solve problems: from market analysis and company incorporation to launching sales and deploying production with the involvement of a local financial partner.
