He began his professional career as a field technician.

Today, he heads the Department of Engineering and Geodetic Works, oversees the direction of the control and geodetic survey of underground utilities and structures, as well as the foundations of all construction and reconstruction facilities in Moscow, and is responsible for completing the stage of processing documents required for the provision of the public service "Acceptance of executive documentation for the Consolidated Plan of Underground Utilities and Structures in the city of Moscow."

Under his leadership, the stages of various city programs have been implemented, as well as the stages of construction of roads, metro facilities, preschools, schools, clinics, hospitals, residential buildings and other socially significant, religious, cultural and sports facilities.
