Dmitry Laptev

Background

In 2008, he graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering.

From the 3rd year, he began working at TSNIIEP Housing JSC in the department specializing in the design of high-rise buildings.

From 2008 to 2010, he collaborated with Promstroykontact Group of Companies in the calculation of prestressed structures.

From 2008 to 2012, he worked as the chief project designer at NPC Monolit.

From 2012 to 2016, he was the head of the design department at KTB ZHB JSC, and since 2015, the chief designer of the organization.

From 2016 to 2019, he worked as a chief engineer and chief designer at the Moscow development company Level group.

Since 2017, he has been the founder and CEO of the Laptev &Partners design bureau.

Laptev&Partners specializes in architectural design, structural solutions and general design of residential, public and social facilities. Carries out the design of architecturally and technically complex buildings that require an individual approach.
