Elena Khlapina

Elena Khlapina is the founder and CEO of Immersion SK LLC (a Skolkovo resident), a technology entrepreneur, and an expert in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, PropTech, and EdTech.

He has been working in the field of interior design, architecture and construction for more than 21 years and has been leading the development of domestic AI solutions for design automation for more than 7 years. She has an art and software engineering education, graduated from the Skolkovo Startup Academy, a Private MBA, an IIDF accelerator and the American accelerator Yellowdoors.

Founder of VIM— an AI platform for design automation, interior design, visualization, calculation of estimates and digitalization of processes in the real estate, construction and furniture industries. Under her leadership, more than 220,000 layouts have been processed and more than 10,000 digital objects have been created in 2D, 3D and VR formats.

In 2024, VIM received a grant of 50 million rubles for the development of a domestic AI platform. Elena is a participant in the TOP 100 women of the Russian venture capital market, a finalist at Startech.Awards and Kazan Digital Week, a regular speaker at SPIEF, WEF, Tech Week, Skolkovo forums and other Russian and international industry events.

Elena's mission is to create world-class Russian AI technologies that increase labor productivity and accelerate the digital transformation of businesses.
