Background
He was born in 1989. He graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI). He has been working in the field of telecommunications and digital solutions for more than 15 years.
Klyuch joined the Rostelecom team immediately after its launch in 2020. The area of responsibility includes the development and optimization of technical solutions aimed at increasing the demand for the product and reducing its cost.
