Elena Kalinina

Background

She began her career as a specialist in August 2005 as an economist at Kalinina A.V., helping an accountant check financial statements. Then she moved to the administration of the Krasnoarmeysky district of the Samara region, where she successfully performed the duties of a leading accounting specialist and chief accountant, dealing with accounting, budgeting and reporting. Since March 2016, she has been the head of the Municipal Property Management Committee, overseeing the work of the land property departments. In September 2021, she joined the Samara Region Investment Promotion Agency Foundation, where she became Deputy head of the Support Department for major investment projects, and since January 2022 she has been heading this department, providing comprehensive support to investors. She has a higher education, graduated from Samara State University, RANEPA and Samara State University of Economics with honors.
