Brief professional biography:
An IT executive with experience in managing infrastructure, project teams, and digital transformation in the public and commercial sectors. For more than 7 years, he has been leading IT departments and projects: from organizing service support and system integration to building a fault-tolerant infrastructure, implementing automation practices and comprehensive information security.
Currently, he heads the Information Technology Department of the Saint Petersburg State Agrarian University "Center for State Expertise" (a team of 20 people), responsible for operational and project activities, information systems development, IT infrastructure and information security of the institution.
Previously (January 2020 — March 2025), he was the head of the IT department at CSBI: he ensured the smooth operation of the infrastructure, managed the budget, procurement, and a team of specialists in administration, networks, maintenance, automation, and information security. Prior to that (November 2018 — December 2019), he led projects at CSBI IT-Service, including nationwide projects.
