Background

Lazarev Alexey Igorevich is an expert in the field of industrial housing construction and modernization of precast concrete production facilities.
In 2006, he graduated from the Mari State Technical University with a degree in "Construction". He started his career as a student of engineering design of the 1st category at LLC "Gas Technologies".
Co-author of 14 patents for inventions and utility models in the field of industrial construction, including a patent for a plant for the production of reinforced concrete elements of a prefabricated monolithic frame.
For more than 18 years, he has been specializing in the implementation of a highly efficient, updated industrial construction system based on a prefabricated frame in the regions. Under his leadership, 209 projects with a total area of over 1.5 million m2 have been implemented.
Awarded ""Honorary Builder of the Republic of Mari El" badge from the Association of the Self-regulatory Organization "Guild of Builders of the Republic of Mari El" (2019), Commendation of the Head of the Republic of Mari El (2022), Commendation of the Ministry of Construction of Russia (2023), repeatedly awarded with the Commendation of the Volga State Technological University (2023-2025).
