In 2016, she became the Director of Design at "Atom" and the head of the Institute of Integrated Design, part of the largest construction holding company in the Urals. The Institute carries out projects for the company's own needs, conducts research, and participates in joint projects with other players in the Yekaterinburg project services market. More than 200 people work under Ekaterina's leadership, and their portfolio includes more than 40 implemented projects for the integrated development of the territory, 4 implemented projects for residential complexes.
One of the flagship projects led by Ekaterina Spirina is the "Svoboda Residence" residential apartment complex in the center of Yekaterinburg. The project has received prestigious prizes and awards, including Urban Awards, Green Roof Challenge and others.
In the social sphere, under the leadership of Ekaterina, ICP "Atom" developed and implemented the concept of a reference project - the Governor's Lyceum.
