Background
Kristina's main area of work is the comprehensive improvement of residential areas. Specializes in development projects (courtyard areas and public spaces in new residential complexes), as well as urban landscaping: from embankments and parks to squares and pedestrian zones.
Kristina Ostasheva graduated from the Civil Engineering Faculty of Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (2020).
Participated in the development and implementation of such landmark projects as:
- The concept of improvement of Nikolskaya Street and adjacent courtyards of Kitay-gorod (developer MR Group, as part of linking solutions with the NICOLE residential complex, Moscow)
- The concept of improvement of the Sokolniki Park of Culture and Recreation (Moscow), the concept of improvement of the iCITY business center (developer MR Group, Moscow),
- The concept of street improvement along the central park of the territory of the multifunctional complex "ZIL-Yug" (developer ETALON, Moscow)
- Pavilion "Cultural Palimpsest: Staroe Kanavino" at the International Exhibition and Forum of Architecture and Design "ARCH Moscow XXX", Moscow, Gostiny Dvor (nomination "The best exhibition is the result of cooperation between an architect and a manufacturing company")
- The concept of revitalization (redevelopment) of the landscaping of the historical territory of Staroe Kanavino (commissioned by ANO ASIRIS), Nizhny Novgorod.
He is a laureate of the VIII International student competition of architectural and construction projects Steel2Real’23, organized by the Association for the Development of Steel Construction (May 2023).
