Denis Poznyakov

A manager with more than 15 years of experience in the banking sector. Within the framework of the "Services" area, he managed complex operational blocks — from real estate and logistics to security, collection and operation: he built end-to-end processes, coordinated cross-functional teams and ensured the smooth operation of service areas.

Since 2025, he has been a member of the "Parity" Group of Companies. I manage the GR function and external communications, I am responsible for the HR brand and the unified communications policy of the holding: I build interaction with authorities, reduce administrative barriers to projects, promote the company's image as an employer and synchronize the positioning of all business units of the group (development, design bureau, general contractor, management companies).
